- Application: Massage into wet hair, working from root to tip for a feather-soft lather. Rinse completely from scalp to ends.

Finally something that seems to work
My hair is fine and gets oily extremely quickly. Like, oily roots within hours of a hair wash. Back to Balance hasn't put it back to balance yet but I finally found something that at least makes a tiny, noticeable difference.
